Jersey’s are our first love; sweet, docile girls who produce amazingly rich, creamy milk. My original girls were all rescues, either handraised or straight from the saleyards where they were being sold for slaughter. We also have Jersey x Dexter house cows, a fantastic cross with small size and a lovely nature. And many of our purebred Dexters are milkers as well.
